Tavarumane Organization
Since the NGO leader met a woman who was abandoned by her husband and parents and was in a pathetic situation which inspired the NGO leader to start a NGO especially for the Women who are in distress
Founded in 2015-16,in Basavanbagewadi TQ of Bijapur district, is serving the society in following villages like Basavanbagewadi, Milligi, Kolar, Angadakeri , Golsagi etc. It mainly works in sectors of Women Empowerment and see that the women are economically independent and ready to face any challenges of life. Ngo has given training to women in tailoring, Agarbathi making and to work in thr factories. It is conducting Health camps in remote villages once in an year. It has also provided 150 sewing machines to the entreapreneaurs It provided education loans to children for studying. It has also given awareness in small savings . During Covid times needy has been provided 100 food kits. Also cash has been given of about 1 Lakh rupees to the needy along with Covid awareness and vaccination awareness. it has also supplied plants for women in SHGs as a environment awareness .So far there are 180 SHGs and about 2000+ beneficiaries.It has also done programs in Child nutrition for children

Team meeting
Every month we organize a team meeting at the end of the month and every board member has participated in the meeting.14-Dec-2021
Training on food preparation
On 14/12/2021, Power Institute conducted a training course on food preparation in our tavarumane organization office. They trained on how to make Onion, garlic paste, tomato sauce, chilly powder, etc.04-Dec-2021
Meeting with SHGs
On 4/12/2021, with the collaboration of the Mithra Organization, we organized training on helping the self-help groups to build their lives at Basavana Bagewadi, Vijayapur.Members
